PMK National Youth Computer Centre (PMKNYCC) is a computer training institute registered under MCA & MSME, Govt. of India and ISO 9001:2015 certified.
Students must provide correct & complete information at the time of admission. Any false information may lead to cancellation of admission / certificate.
Course fees, once paid, are non-refundable in any circumstances unless covered under our refund policy.
Students must complete the prescribed minimum attendance (85%) to appear in the final examination.
PMKNYCC reserves the right to modify courses, fees, examination schedules and terms without prior notice.
Certificates & mark sheets are issued only after successful completion of the course and examination formalities.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jalpaiguri, West Bengal courts.
Franchisee / ATI Terms
The affiliation / renewal fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
Renewal of authorisation is free on admission of at least 30 students/year; otherwise a fee of Rs. 1000/- applies.
Trade license must be submitted within 45 days of affiliation.
No liabilities regarding staff salaries, taxes, computer software or official problems of a centre will be borne by PMKNYCC head office.
PMKNYCC reserves the right to make additions or alterations in its terms & conditions, renewal fee and royalty fee without prior notice.
