Refund Policy

• Course / admission fees are non-refundable in any circumstances once admission is confirmed, as per the franchisee / affiliation terms of PMKNYCC.
• No part of the affiliation, registration, examination or renewal fee is refundable.
• In exceptional cases (e.g. a course cancelled by PMKNYCC before commencement), the fee paid may be adjusted to another course or refunded at the sole discretion of the management.
• Payment gateway charges (2% + GST in case of online payment) are borne by the payer and are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy

• A student may be restricted from attending classes for misbehaviour or breach of discipline, as per the general instructions for students.
• Admission / certificate may be cancelled if the student is found to have submitted false documents or information.
• Course upgrade / modification is allowed through the prescribed application form and is subject to centre management approval.
• PMKNYCC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course, examination or batch due to administrative reasons; affected students will be informed through their ATI.
