FRANCHISEE PROPOSAL
Becoming an authorised computer training Institute (ATI) of PMKNYCC.
Any individual or organisation can become an Authorised Training Institute (ATI) of PMK National Youth Computer Centre. The interested person / organisation has to proceed through a Franchisee application form from Head Office of PMKNYCC.
Required Documents of Head of the Institute
- Fresh Scan Copy of Address Proof
- Fresh Scan Copy of PAN Card
- Passport Size Photo
- Scan Copy of Trade License (Must be submitted within 45 days)
Eligibility Criteria for PMKNYCC Authorised Training Institute
- Should be willing to invest the required amount of money in setting up a centre with proper infrastructure and manpower.
- Should have commitment for providing quality training to students.
- Should be willing to be a part of the PMKNYCC team in accepting the terms and condition and procedures laid down by PMK National Youth Computer Centre.

Manpower Requirements

| Marketing Executive | Experienced, hardworking, knowledge of computer courses, good communication skills. |
| Office Boys | Disciplined & experienced. |
Renewal for ATI Authorisation
- Renewal of authorisation will be made FREE on the account of admission of at least 30 students/year.
- Otherwise the renewal of authorisation fee of Rs. 1000/- (One Thousand only) will be chargeable.
- Renewal Certificate will be valid for 12 Months.
- The organisation reserves its right to make any additions or alteration in its terms and conditions / renewal fee / royalty fee without any prior notice.
- Any type of fee will not be refundable in any circumstances.
- No liabilities regarding staff salaries, taxes, computer's software & your official problems will be borne by office of PMK National Youth Computer Centre, Jhargram.
Expectation from the Affiliated Training Institute (ATI)
- The Training Institute should be able to have a centre at a prime location of the city/town.
- The centre should have separate class rooms, computer lab and reception / office room with proper ventilation and lighting.
- The block and sub block level centres may not have the above infrastructure but should have generally clean surroundings.
- The PMKNYCC Training Institute shall abide by the agreement and conditions followed by all PMKNYCC centres.
- The PMKNYCC Training Institute shall conduct courses as per the rules and syllabi laid down by PMKNYCC.
- The PMKNYCC Training Institute shall deposit an advance non-refundable affiliation fee at the time of signing the affiliation agreement.
